Cancellation and Refunds Policy

Workshops, Courses, Seminars, Consultations

• Refunds or a credit note are available up to seven days before your event

• Refunds will be subject to a 25% processing fee

• A credit note will not be subject to this processing fee

No refund is available if:

• You give notice of cancellation less than seven days before your event

• You do not show up on the day of the event for any reason

• You leave an event early for any reason

No refund or credit note is available if you attend an event and are dissatisfied with its presentation content.

Credit notes are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

Deposits and initial instalments are non-refundable.

All refund requests must be made to the Academy via [email protected].

Talks, Membership, Retreats, Paid Video and Audio Contents,

We do not give refunds or credit notes for talks, membership, retreats or paid contents.

This does not affect any statutory rights you may have.

Booking Terms and Conditions

• You must be at least 18 years old to attend any event at The Multiverse Academy or organised by the Academy, whether in person or online.

• In the event that the Academy has to cancel a consultation, event, workshop or course, fees will be refunded in full.

• The Academy is not responsible for any loss due to the cancellation of any event.

• The Academy reserves the right to alter the structural content, defer, reschedule or change the tutor of any course or workshop, event or activity if circumstances demand.

• Courses and workshops run with a minimum number of participants. If this minimum number is not reached, the Academy reserves the right to cancel or postpone the event. All fees will be refunded in full if it is cancelled. 

• The Academy reserves the right to preclude a participant from joining a course that they have enrolled for if the participant has missed the first two or three classes in succession.

• The Academy reserves the right to ask the participant to leave a class, workshop, lecture, demonstration, clinic or other event and rescind membership at its discretion.

• The Academy reserves the right to refuse admittance or send away any person intending to, or who is already attending, a talk, course, workshop, consultation or outside event, if the Academy feels that in their judgement a person is found to be unsuitable and that it would not be in the best interest of the student or other participants for them to remain.

• Current UK law obliges the Academy to state that all consultations and demonstrations given are for educational and entertainment purposes only.

No liability is accepted for:

• Loss or damage to property whilst on the Academy premises or during an online event, course or workshop organised by the Academy.

• Losses or additional expenses due to delays or changes in travel services, sickness, weather or any other cause.

• Inability to attend an event, workshop, course or activity due to a participant’s internet connection or faulty computer and associated hardware.

Anyone wishing to take part in any Academy event or activity whether on the Academy premises or away from the Academy premises, is embarking on a personal journey of investigation and exploration that should not be entered into lightly. Everyone should take personal responsibility for themselves. Attendance at consultations, lectures, courses, workshops and any other event are at the individual’s own risk without liability on the part of the Academy. Please be aware that it is not advisable to take part in Academy activities if you abuse recreational drugs or alcohol.

Recordings

• For all livestream events wherein it is specified that ‘This event will be recorded’, a link to the video recording will be emailed to all those who book. This recording is unedited and unrecordable and it will be only active to be watched for the stated period which will be at least 1 week.  It may feature individual participant screens and display names. It may also feature participant contributions and questions. If you would prefer not to feature in the recording, please keep your camera turned off, and type any questions in the Chat.

• Please do not personally record or film any part of any event, workshop or course, whether online or in person at the Academy. 

• The content of all audio and visual recordings remains the sole copyright of the Academy and must not be used for public purposes. Any public use constitutes a breach of Copyright Law.

You can make payments with the following methods: credit and debit cards, Paypal and Direct bank transfer

• Participants are advised to book as far ahead as possible to avoid disappointment.

• To reserve a place on a workshop/lecture/course/consultation or outside event, payment must be made in full at the time of the booking online.

• In order to book an event, workshop or course, you must provide an email address. If you do not provide one, we may not be able to process your booking.

Individual consultations and healing sessions

The Multiverse Academy takes no responsibility for the actions of any of our qualified consultants or healers whose details are received in good faith. We shall not be held responsible for any damages or costs of any type, arising out of, or in any way connected with the contract between client and consultant/healer. Healing and other alternative consultations for wellness purposes is not a replacement for conventional medical care and if you are in doubt about your healthcare choices, you should consult a doctor.

We believe “Knowledge is liberating”. By this belief we aim to open a space for revealing the knowledge that defines the beings by answering the deeper questions of life and brings harmony, clarity and effectiveness. The quality of our physical, mental and spiritual health, relationships, family, friends, our values and character are determined by the degree of our consciousness based on the knowledge we have learnt in life.
