During this outdoor event you will be guided by Deborah, a trained ‘Forest Bathing’ guide where you will be given a series of invitations that can be shared in the group.
At the end of the event there will be tea ceremony and Deborah will talk to you about how you can incorporate the practice into your everyday life.
By the end of the session, you will feel calm and connected, energised for the rest of your day, perhaps have experienced a profound realisation that originated your creative juices to launch a new project.
