Mindfulness helps people overcome or prevent stress, anxiety, depression, fatigue and many other negativities that detriment the quality of life.

With these Resilience Practices you will be learning simple and effective mindfulness techniques that can be (and advised to be) applied every day in order to have coherence and resilience throughout the day and life.

In order to attract the better, one should become that better first. And mindfulness helps people to become the empowered humans that they already are within their core.
