This Medicine Wheel workshop is a live group session between like minded individuals that are seeking a spiritual path leading to growing knowledge through experience.

If you are seeking the meaning in this crazy world and you want to live shamanically then this workshop is for you.

  • How to live shamanically in our daily lives,
  • How to make your lives work better,
  • How to find greater joy and satisfaction in living,
  • How to heal past traumas,
  • How to find a peaceful and harmonious way forward.

 

Workshop Program

Week 1
The Eagle's View. STORIES OF CREATION.
As told through the Medicine Wheel. The Twenty Count – also known as the Childrens' Count as it was used to teach children how to count. It is a magical medicine wheel in which all the numbers can be added, subtracted, multiplied and divided and teach about life. The Big Map of the energies of this world.
Week 2
The Red Road, South – North, Water and air, emotions and mind.
The Star Maiden's Circle medicine wheel, the Circle of Foxes shows us how we can get stuck in our own mud. This is the Medicine Wheel for healing of the past, for what the shamans humourously call “erasing personal history”. This enables creation of a solid foundation for life in the here and now. It is the greatest healing circle for the wounded child and for retrieving soul parts lost in childhood. It shows us the way forward, escape from the cages of our history.
Week 3
The Blue Road. West – East, body and spirit, earth and fire.
FACING DEATH AND MAKING DEATH AN ADVISOR. One thing life will lead us all to is Death. We all get old and there are two ways of old age. We can simply become an 'old person' – or we can become an Elder. Old people need, Elders give. It takes work to become an Elder and it is good to start early. I have taught this subject as a whole course - in these two hours I will map the territory and set a course toward Eldership with the aid of the “Dance of Coyotes”, the second (authentic self) part of the Star Maiden's Circle.
Week 4
The “Brown Road”. Southeast – Northwest. (Not ancient colour choices, we added them for clarity!)
Ancestors and the past to Karma, patterns and learned ways of being. The “Yellow Road” Southwest to Northeast. Our dreams, intentions, wishes, plans, hopes to live, love, enjoy, create, experience...
Week 5
We are children of Mother Earth and Father Sky.
We will partake in a RE-PARENTING CEREMONY to release our earthly parents from any unhelpful binding to us and make our dedication to our soul parents, Mother Earth and Father Sky.
Week 6
LIVING SHAMANICALLY - The GREAT JOURNEY of LIFE.
This takes us around the wheel to the South to retrieve energy from past trauma; to the West to face death and make death no longer something to fear; to the North to “Stop the world”, to recognise the world as an energy phenomenon; to the East to clarify the steps to attain self mastery - and thereby life mastery. This is a map of the Great Multi-Lifetime Journey we are all on - whether we like it or not!

I have found the Medicine Wheel maps so incredibly helpful in steering my long life. The world is very challenging at the moment and it feels as if we humans have lost our way. From the shamans' point of view whatever is happening out there is the play, the drama of life, the 'dream' - but what is 'real' is what we experience within.
