Morning rituals can be tricky to maintain. Tiredness, business, lack of motivation and resistance are all obstacles. We know that having group momentum can make the world of difference in making sure that we WIN when we are trying to create a new rhythm in our lives.
When you start your day with meditation, mindset support and movement it sets you up for the day and you feel light, centred, capable and energised.
In 21 Days Of Elevation event we aim to give people a kick start in creating daily habits of movement and meditation with the support of a community and then to offer support in maintaining self-care habits moving forward.
By taking this class, morning self-care will become easy, fun and achievable. You will also be able to start your day with YOU first and have more energy, clarity and a sense of centredness in your day.
21 Days Of Elevation – Starting 19th September – 9th October
Join us for 21 days, all aimed at helping you to nail your daily, energy boosting ritual.
For the course of this period we will collectively nurture elevated vibes in your head, heart and body to kick start your day with “you first” in mind.
Each session will be 20 minutes long. 10 minutes of meditation, 10 minutes of movement.
Mon-Fri sessions will be held at 7.30am and Sat & Sun at 8.30am.
You can either catch up via the recording later in the day or just start fresh the next day. We aim for progress over perfection.
You can have access indefinitely, so you can revisit it whenever you need to.
We will explore processes from Energetic NLP so that you receive deep energy clearings and top ups in a fun and easy way.
Veronica will be encouraging everyone to dance in whatever way feels good for them. This is free movement, so feel free to stretch, dance or play with anything that feels good for your body.
We will simply welcome easy prompts to help you to set up an intention for your day and also ensure that you’re connecting to your needs each day.
Great! These sessions are designed to be super easy, accessible and user friendly.
People who wish to improve their self-care but lack time, motivation, consistency and support. This could be men or women. They may be beginners in meditation/selfcare/movement or experienced. It’s open to all levels and is supposed to be simple and also free flowing.
