In this event we will use some unique and gentle techniques to boost happiness and peace within. It will provide some practical tools to enable kids to reflect themselves more confidently and joyfully.
It is very easy-to-do and fun, and it includes some tapping, visualisation and mindfulness activities which all kids enjoy. This event is for kids, however parents/child-carers can also attend if they choose to.
